What is your return policy?

Your complete satisfaction with our product is guaranteed or items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt with a Return Merchandise Authorization. Free returns, except that in cases where it is otherwise specified. Please note that to be eligible for return, items must be in their original purchase condition, include all product documentation, and shipped within 14 days.

What cannot be returned within 14 days?

It is not allowed to return products on which customizations have been made. Engraved jewelry items may not be returned.

Can I return an item that was given to me as a gift?

Yes, Alessia Costa Gioielli is happy to exchange it for merchandise credit within 14 days of purchase. Place the gift in its original packaging with the receipt (if available) and ship it with the carrier we indicate. Your return can be exchanged for an item of equal or greater value. You pay the difference if the new value is greater than the return value.

Will the buyer of my returned gift know that it was returned?

No, we will not alert the buyer that the gift was returned.

Am I required to use Alessia Costa Gioielli's return shipping method?

Yes. Unless otherwise stated in writing by Alessia Costa Gioielli, you must return the products by insured mail or courier cash boxes indicated by Alessia Costa Gioielli - to the following address: A&G srl - At Galileo Srl, Corso Galileo Ferraris. 33, 10121 Torino - without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day when it is notified of the will of the withdrawal. Our Customer Service will contact you to organize the return.

Do I pay the return shipping costs?

No. Free returns, except that in cases where it is otherwise specified.

How should I package my return for shipping?

The product must be returned with the same documents attached with which it was delivered. It must be intact and must not exhibit damage or differences of any kind. In addition, the products must be equipped with all labels and other safety devices, which prove that have not been modified or used. If you want more information, please contact us.

How long will it take Alessia Costa Gioielli to process my merchandise return?

On the average, about 4-5 business days from the time we received your item, enter it into our system, and pass it along to our Quality Assurance department. For returned items, please allow an additional 2-3 days before the outbound package is shipped.

Do you collect duties and taxes?

For destinations within the European Union, except for Russia, custom duties and taxes are included in the item price. Who deals with the shipment?

In order to have a quick and secure delivery of products, shipment will be made through the Insured Mail service of the Italian Post Office (or by equivalent international couriers), which guarantees security of delivery and includes insurance of the shipped item.

What I have to wait before receiving my product?

Delivery time will be on average 5 working days after the date of purchase.

Do you offer a warranty on the jewelry I purchase from Alessia Costa Gioielli?

Yes. In staying true to our high standards of customer satisfaction, we offer a 2 years warranty to protect against manufacturer defects in craftsmanship. The warranty does not include normal wear and tear or damages incurred due to trauma, negligence, lack of regular maintenance, loss, or theft.

How do I best care and maintain my new jewelry purchase?

We offer complimentary cleaning and product check-up (recommended every 12 months) as a well-advised preemptive measure against the possibility of stone loss or damage that occurs when prongs are bent, pulled, caught, or broken during normal wear. We only ask that you cover the shipping and insurance to safely transport the ring to our facility. And as a gesture of gratitude for choosing Alessia Costa Gioielli, we'll cover the cleaning, product check-up and repair expenses.
